Dealing with anxiety is a huge piece of the medical research. Many have found what works for them and many do not. Many do destructive drugs to combat this and some use over the counter drugs which have their own side effects. Then of course there is alcohol which is extremely destructive.
Here we think there is definitely a solution that is not only safe but little side effects at all.
That is smoking cigars.
When everything else that is available they are all ingested. Whatever you ingest will either help your body or hurt it.
With cigars there is no inhaling. You simply bring in smoke into your mouth and blow it out. The whole experience is a matter of meditation and taste. It can be done in solitude or with company. Meditative music always works with smoking a cigar.
This simple exercise can last 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the cigar and it is way cheaper than getting a shrink.
